Congratulations to Adam Ianniello. An exhibition of Angels Point will open at Elysian Park in Los Angeles on Sunday and run through until 7 June. This is the first-of-its-kind outdoor exhibition to be held in the public park. Adam’s photographs will be scattered throughout the Marian Harlow Memorial Grove, inviting visitors to wander off the beaten path to find them. There will even be a free copy of Adam’s book hidden somewhere in the grove…
Between 2017 to 2020, Adam photographed the cliffs and trails of Elysian Park overlooking the concrete sprawl of the city with his large-format film camera. The resulting black and white photographs capture the lesser-seen sublime in Los Angeles’ oldest public park.
