Refund policy
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs.
To make a return please email us on orders@gostbooks.com stating your order number and reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address for your book dependent on your territory. When returning a book it should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We advise you to use the packaging the book arrived in with bubble wrap and the cardboard sleeve for protection. If the book is damaged upon return to us we will be unable to give you a full refund. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
