Congratulations to Mandy Barker, Jeanette Spicer and Simone Rosenbauer—their books are all on the shortlist for the Rencontres d'Arles Book Awards 2025. Mandy and Jeanette are shortlisted in the Author category for their books Photographs of British Algae: Cyanotype Reproductions and To the Ends of the Earth. Simone's book Small Museum is shortlisted in the Photo Text category.
The winners will be announced at the festival on 8 July 2025 at Théâtre Antique, Arles. All of the shortlisted books will be on display throughout the festival at Mécanique Générale, at Luma Arles. You can see the full shortlist and find out more here.
